The Ted Constant Convocation Center is located on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. "The Ted," as it is locally known, opened its doors in 2002. The Global Spectrum-managed facility hosts ODU basketball and wrestling, as well as major concerts and family events.
