The state-of-the-art Consol Energy Center is the regional epicenter for athletic events, concerts, and family shows in Western Pennsylvania. It is also home to  the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins. The venue hosts more than 150 events annually, including the first and second rounds of the 2012 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship.
